The basic Centering Prayer customary:

  1. Ring the bowl
  2. Intercessory prayer5 min
  3. Ring the bowl
  4. Lectio Divina~10 min Monastic (silent) version — the same reading four times, 30 seconds between readings.
  5. Start the app, then silence20 min
  6. The app sounds
  7. Alternative Lord’s Prayer One person says this for all.
